Easy to setup. Water tastes great. I was really impressed with the product manual. That may sound silly, but I returned a water cooler from a different company because their product manual gave very little information. A light kept blinking and I had no idea why and the manual did not explain it. I have not had this cooler very long, but it is easy to tell that it is well made by professionals.

All features have been tried and are working properly. The initial rinsing of the unit was a little more complicated than my old top loading water cooler but, not impossible, especially after watching some of the you tube instruction videos. I do like not having to wrestle and flipping a new five gallon jug during reloading of the water cooler. And the black and chrome finish looks great next to my other black and chrome appliances.

I purchased the product but the panels came dented. There was no protectives around the product and looks like it was damaged during transportation. There should be proper bubble wraps

We have had water cooler for many years. As we get older, the bottom load bottle is great. We like the 3 variable water dispenser and self-cleaning feature. We had a problem with the original with water not pumping. I called customer support and Tiffany S. was great in assisting us with the problem and providing us with a replacement at no charge. Customer support service is great. Thank you.
