Hope it lasts longer

This is a replacement for the same model water cooler I purchased 3 years ago. The old one stopped heating and cooling water. I hope this unit will last longer.

Perfect! The cold water dispenser is cold, the hot water dispenser is hot and the water dispenser is quiet!

I found is that the filters are not that easy to install.
