very convenient especially not having to load 5 gallon jugs on top! Plus having the ability to enjoy hot water for teas as well as room temperature water, of course the cold water is amazing! The unit itself is not as loud as some reviewers have said. Overall its an awesome water dispenser.

Just as a fair percentage of reviewers mention, it was received DENTED, but in an inconspicuous location, so rather than return it, we kept it. Now, performance has been everything we expected ... setup was easy and cold water is cold, so ... 5 stars.
