Very well packed, excellent manual, except I am assuming it must be kept upright for 24 hours before plugging in, however there was nothing in the manual or on an info card taped to the machine about it.

Had one similar, after 3 yrs started leaking from under water holding tank. Liked the product, will try one more time with this one. If it happens again, may have to try a different brand

I'm still a bit undecided on this water cooler. Based on the price and other reviews I expected an excellent product. My cooler arrived with three minor dents on the front stainless steel part. The machine itself is noisier than I expected, and rattles when dispensed cold water.

So far so good. First one was damaged and a replacement was shipped in a timely basis. Great Customer Service. First time using a bottom loaded water dispenser. This replaced a top loading water dispenser that worked great for at least 5 years and then stopped cooling the water.
