So far its okay but Ive been using it less than a month. Child safety lock doesnt seem too difficult for a child to disengage but luckily my eight year old grandchild is big enough to not play with it and burn herself. Hot water is nice and hot at 173.4 degrees cold water is 45.5 degrees cool water is 58.7. I would prefer the cold water to be around 4240 degrees.

Customer service follow up is excellent. Recommend making a note on the Quickstart directions that it is recommended to rinse and drain the unit prior to installation. Followed the quickstart directions and then read the manual. None of the YouTube videos highlighted the need to rinse and drain the unit before installing either :(
