We order glass bottles and the head of the part that should fit on top of the bottle does not, because the lip of our bottles are thicker than plastic ones. There is no way to adjust this and while we have found a way around the problem, there was no indication that this problem may arise. Otherwise, very satisfactory.

The unit is very attractive and fits with my stainless steel appliances. It does have a subtle sound when cooling the tank. It's very user-friendly. The only thing I would change is to put some sort of notch or small handle to be able to open the door. Other than that, I am quite pleased with the unit.
