Nothing else like it I have seen

+/- 100 sheets held in by metal spring clamp. I use them for computer printout booklets on topics I want hard copies of. Easy fast changeable no hole punching reusable large volume ingenious fairly strong durable clamping system rare reasonably priced. If you rivet bolt or screw a strong plastic strip - like sawed Plexiglas strips wood - like sawed or kite sticks or thin metal bar stock like file draw slides along edge [wood is cheapest] you can suspend them in file drawers for easy storage sorting and handling. Easiest is to staple through plastic into wood stick. If you use long staples you can clinch them on back side so they won't pull out. I have seen some small 3 ring binders with file drawer hangers on them...works for me.

easiest binders don’t damage paper

I work as a writer and editor and consume these like candy. It is a matter of seconds to secure 100 sheets of a manuscript then read and mark them up. I can removde them for scanning to send to clients electronically. They should be available retail not just online. They have been my staple for 30 years. Only Staples carries them as far as I can tell. They are also great for taking class notes on pads then popping into binder. MUCH easier than looseleaf and no hole punch needed.
