A handy way to keep related documents together without having to punch holes in them. Can also easily handle photos and variations in the sizes of paper in the file.

This is a very handy notebook that doesn't require hole punches and paper can be transferred with ease. A great binder to mange various meeting files.

These binders don't require that you punch holes in your document so it's great for pictures or any other documents that are printed near the edge of the paper. Instead the document is held in place with a pressure clasp which may take a little getting used to at first. You press down and over to fix the document in place and reverse to open. Very simple. The binder can hold up to 150 pages which is quite heavy. Most others don't exceed 100 pages. This is where my only ding occurs. With over 100 pages pressure alone may not be enough to hold your pages in place should you drop or shake the binder. I use a big clip to hold the pages to the back cover firmly until I'm ready to use it. I had seen these binders a long time ago but not recently. When I went looking for some nobody in any store knew what I was talking about. But staples had them (in an obscure place) at a very reasonable price.

Clamp Binder

It takes usually less than one minute to file a document that otherwise might end up in a pile lost and/or forgotten. To find anything in such pile if successful might take hours but with this binder I can instantly find the item. I have used this product for years and I would not contemplate any other organizational tool for paper storage.

Great binder for up to 100 pages

This type of binder (which does not require punching holes in the document) is very difficult to find to accommodate more than 60 pages but Staples had them! They are sturdy easy to use hold the papers securely and are sold at a fair price. The ordering process was very easy and delivery was as promised. Thank you Staples.

I've been using one of these for my travel itineraries and loved it so much I got one for work (care logs for caregivers at a retirement home.)

We received wonderful help at Staples. Shawn was knowledgeable and shared that information with us. We were able to make a better decision based on his help. We were also impressed with the way the employees treated each other and with their desire to help us. Several of them including Mark answered our questions and assisted us. It was a very good experience.
