These are GREAT binders!

These binders let you easily organize documents upto 1/2" thick. The clamp works well and lets you easily reorganize the contents. I find it especially useful with floor plans because I can unfold them without unclamping. The spine also lets me insert a P-Touch label without the using the adhesive back so recycling the binder is easy. You can also insert a project plan facing outward for easy review. My office is full of these and I won't use anything else.

Easy to see / Easy to use

As an Architect working on a project that needs to be divided into parts I was able to organize info into individual folders with lables on the spine so I could easily see what each binder contained. The clamp binder allowed me to take papers in and out of the folders for copying/scanning/faxing without having to put holes in the paper. Many times the hole punch would end up putting holes in places on documents that would lose information on product info. The cover on the binders are sturdy and always look clean because coffee stains/spots can be wiped off. I like the handy pocket in the front of the binder as well. Great place to put CD's and product brochures. I'm much better organized with this product and my co-workers have been following my example by ordering and using it as well.

It takes usually less than one minute to file a document that otherwise might end up in a pile lost and/or forgotten. To find anything in such pile if successful might take hours but with this binder I can instantly find the item. I have used this product for years and I would not contemplate any other organizational tool for paper storage.

These are the only binders I use (34 in use). Easy to insert and update contents. I remove the Staples edge label reverse it relabel for my use and re-insert.

These binders are the absolute best find of the year for me. They are extremely easy to use just flip the clamp stick papers in and close. They hold up to 100 pages and it is SO simple to update the contents. They are perfect for short term use as you can easily dump the contents and reuse. I use them at home AND at the office. I also bought them for my son for school and for my bus-driving husband. They make staying organized a breeze. I don't know how I lived without them.
