I am the Clerk of Susquehanna Valley Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church in America. I needed a way to store a small number of documents (one sheet for each Minister as he came into the Presbytery) that would be collected over a period of years could be arranged alphabetically and easily accessible. A 3-ring binder seemed the best way to do that. Due to the small number involved I chose the 1/2 inch binder and wanting to be able to label it for easy identification on a shelf I chose this binder that has a pocket on the spine.
