Doesn't fit the advertised amount of sheets
on November 30, 2015

Fits just over 100 standard sheets of paper - advertised at 125. Hole punches must be in the exact right place for the long edge to fit. Better for storing paper than to be used as a functional ring binder folder. Don't buy for reading scripts for example. Maybe storing but only if they are under 125 pages.

Of course these binders are very practical that's why they are a "staple". But I am particularly fond of the color selection offered!

This binder comes up short!

Sorry to say - but you need to know BEFORE YOU PURCHASE that it is a great little binder as long as you don't need to use it for a presentation that requires page protectors. What a terrible feeling to work hard on something so important only to put the documents in their page protectors and close the binder. The page protectors hang out beyond the edge of the binder which in turn damages the documents corners and outer most edge. It's enough to say I should have spent the extra $1.00 on the more expensive brand binders. Very disappointed Staples - in a low quality product. And yes everyone who received a copy now knows NOT TO BUY binders at your store. Bad news spreads faster than praise....

View Binders

I use the white view finders [all sizes] for may many things. It is so easy to make a spin identification label ...from just a piece of card or cover stock... . This makes the ease of locating what I need in a real hurry. The colored view finders help me to categorize my papers by the grouping of subjects. I am an amateur genealogist - so I can use the different colors for the difference families that I am researching. So easy ..... The sturdiness of the binders is excellent. If it is a small amount of papers the 1/2" does wonderful even in the standard rather than the sturdy. The larger the binders [up to 4" 5" etc. ] I do like the sturdier ones. My 'library' is quite extensive with the binders from Staples.
