Binder works very well to organize items. Also love the D-Ring because of papers not needing to be flipped everytime want to close binder.

Very nice! I especially like that the rings are straight on part of the ring -- makes the pages I put in the binder lie nice and flat.

View Binders

I use the white view finders [all sizes] for may many things. It is so easy to make a spin identification label ...from just a piece of card or cover stock... . This makes the ease of locating what I need in a real hurry. The colored view finders help me to categorize my papers by the grouping of subjects. I am an amateur genealogist - so I can use the different colors for the difference families that I am researching. So easy ..... The sturdiness of the binders is excellent. If it is a small amount of papers the 1/2" does wonderful even in the standard rather than the sturdy. The larger the binders [up to 4" 5" etc. ] I do like the sturdier ones. My 'library' is quite extensive with the binders from Staples.

I bought this binder to hold some of my daughter's letters of recommendation & awards for college. I love the D rings because now the pages lie flat instead of curling around the rings.
