I use these binders for my business specifically for my team members. With any task/job the ability to Build Your Own Binder greatly simplifies your task/job by providing an organized centralized location for information. By subdividing using the Staples Tabbed Dividers you can further organize the task/job by sections (i.e. directions examples flyers Press Releases etc.). This binder holds up well for adding or changing information. In addition the clear plastic front enables you to provide a customized cover. Thank you Staples for Quality Products.

This size comes in handy in our Genealogy Library to keep information together that we need on our shelves instead of in a file folder in a drawer. If necessary we can put in dividers if there is more than one subject in the binder.

Binder is comparable to Avery binder with exception of front view pocket being slightly smaller.

I am very very pleased with this product!! I think Staples has done a great job at creating a binder that is durable yet professional looking. I only buy this brand of binders anymore because I feel that they are the best quality. I also like the various color options that these binders come in. I prefer more neutral tones and that is exactly what Staples offers!! Everytime I go into Staples looking for binders I am never dissatisfied. I appreciate the level of quality Staples puts into their products. Thanks for doing that!!

This binder is colorful and well-made. It opens and closes smoothly and securely. Unlike some cheaper binders the rings do not separate after pages have been added. The 'D' ring configuration allows pages to lie flat when they are being read or written upon and put less stress on the holes in the paper. The wide variety of bright colors allow easy differentiation and identification of specific binders when several binders are lined up on a shelf. All in all this is a great binder that is sold at a fair price

This prodoct works fine. It opens when you want it to open and it closes when you want it to close. I can print a cover idea on paper and place it in the front sleeve of the binder cover. If I use it for something different I cahn change it at my discretion. The only problem is having to enter a Staples store to buy it. The workers in Staples do not treat you with respect or courtesy. I don't think the management in Staples treats them very well because they are always bitter and defensive. I hope they get a raise insurance or a bonus or something because I know the execs at the top are being paid darn good.
