*October 13 2025 Had made the decision in purchasing this 1/2 3 & D Ring View Binder considering I was in need of one in having to store a good majority of the pages for an employee handbook from my employer. There was an amount of 56 pages and this binder seemed to be able to withhold this amount. I had also thought of purchasing this kind of binder in the navy blue color considering that my employer has different shades of blue to go with their company's logo. I would definitely suggest that you purchase a product like this if you happen to need it.

Great basic binder for a multitude of uses. Lots of color choices. Nice touch having a slot in the front to insert a cover page.

I love the binder it help me big time to maintain my company organize. It is so easy and convenient going to staple getting the help i need go in go out and fine the better and competitive prices in the materials I need. The variety in style and colors is excellent. I find binders in all colors and sizes. Employees are always available to help. Finding the binder i need is easy and convenientIt was easy to find the colors and sizes i needed to organize all my paperwork by color and sizesThe quality of the binders is excellent. Material is durable.

Long Term Document Storage

I am the Clerk of Susquehanna Valley Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church in America. I needed a way to store a small number of documents (one sheet for each Minister as he came into the Presbytery) that would be collected over a period of years could be arranged alphabetically and easily accessible. A 3-ring binder seemed the best way to do that. Due to the small number involved I chose the 1/2 inch binder and wanting to be able to label it for easy identification on a shelf I chose this binder that has a pocket on the spine.
