Does the job easy

I needed a simple binder to place a 40 page report in for veiwing and reading. Did not need something fancy. This had a pocket in the front to place a front title page for the report. Like a book cover. The binder which was not expensive was well made and will hold up under ruff handling I feel.

STURDY & VALUE

SOme of us still like to use physical files and binders as well as digital and Staples brands binders are very good for the value. They do not break apart as some cheaper brands do. I use the 1/2 inch for my taxes and receipts as well as in pleasure time my baseball scorecards. I usually use the blue along with a white photo looks real nice

Almost a great binder

I bought five of the 1/2" Staples Standard View Binders specifically to manage sheet music (which are placed in heavy duty sheet protectors- staples brand also). The binders seem to be good quality and are easy to open and close. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars because when the binder is closed the sheet protectors stick out about 1/8 of an inch. So over time I suspect that the protectors will get damaged since they are not completely inside the perimeter of the binder. It may be due to the D ring shape.
