As described and a fair amount cheaper than the ones I purchased in the store 10 days earlier. They are the exact binders with a different color sticker on them.

They were out of stock on a number of items I wanted to buy. The binder was promised for delivery on the 8th. Then I got a phone call that said they were unable to deliver for another few days.
