It easily accommodates the needs of any household—offering the flexibility to operate as a full freezer, a full fridge, or a combination of both. The shelving and bin arrangement is exceptionally well thought out, providing effective and efficient storage solutions.
Its quiet operation is remarkable; it's hard to believe it's running at all. While I strongly believe an ice maker would enhance its functionality, and the absence of light in the bottom section is noticeable, these are minor drawbacks. Overall, this appliance excels in performance and utility. Without a doubt, I recommend this refrigerator/freezer as an outstanding choice for anyone in need of a reliable and efficient cooling solution.

Awesome freezer/fridge

It has a ton of space on the inside and being able to switch between a freezer or refrigerator with the press of a button is amazing. Awesome addition for storing food or having drinks readily available outside.

Very versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator.It has a very good temperature control which helps you to decide refrigerator temperature by yourself. It has 4 temp modes. I like that it doesn’t have a loud noise. You can switch it making both sides frizzer or keep one side refrigerator, the other one frizzer.

Great Smart Refrigerator for the Garage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the Midea set up out in my garage and I love the flexibility of choosing to either have all freezer space or all refrigerated space, the flex also allows my current setup of refrigeration on top and frozen on the bottom . The best part is the interior space and the amount of drinks or food I can store. A smart app also allows me to monitor the temperature and to see if one of my children leave the door open. I am more than pleased with this refrigerator.

Great storage and perfect for the garage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has exceeded my expectations in many ways I love that it can be used at either a double fridge, double freezer or as a standard fridge and freezer combo. we are using it as a fridge and freezer and it got to temperature very quickly. The storage in this fridge is huge which I love because we like to stock our fridge for parties with drinks and food. This is the perfect refrigerator for the garage.

The best feature, hands down, is its flexible design, allowing me to switch between refrigerator and freezer modes as needed. This level of adaptability is something I never knew I needed until now. Performance & Cooling
The cooling is even and consistent, keeping everything perfectly fresh without fluctuations. It doesn’t struggle even when packed full, which is a huge plus. I also appreciate how energy-efficient it is—despite its power, it runs quietly and doesn’t seem to spike my electricity bill.
Smart Features & App Control
The Midea app adds a whole new level of convenience. I love that I can monitor temperatures, adjust settings, and even track energy usage all from my phone. The self-diagnostics feature gives me peace of mind that if anything goes wrong, I’ll be alerted before it becomes a big issue. The energy management feature is a nice touch too—it lets me optimize settings for efficiency.
Design & Usability
The layout is spacious and well-organized, making it super easy to store and access everything. Whether I’m meal prepping, stocking up on groceries, or just trying to keep everything tidy, this fridge makes it effortless. The doors open smoothly, the build quality feels premium, and overall, it’s just a well-thought-out appliance.
I have to say, this thing is so much better than my old deep freezer! Not only does it provide way more space, but the organization is miles ahead. No more digging through a giant frozen mess—I can actually see and access everything easily. It makes storing and retrieving food a breeze.
One minor drawback I’ve noticed is that there’s no light in the bottom section. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it would have been helpful, especially at night. Hopefully, future versions of this model will include that improvement.

From fridge to freezer

I love that I can change the temp to be all freezer, all fridge, or freezer and fridge. All in all, it's a great product, and I am extremely happy with my purchase.
