coffee maker is a definite step up from previous Keurig models. works very good and doesn't use excessive electricity keeping water hot.

Disappointed with poor seating of the water reservoir on the side of this machine. Seemed too loose as it did not attach anywhere but the base of the coffeemaker. Returned it without any hassle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Coffee

Easy to use but, the descaling can be very unpredictable. This time my previous brewer descaled correctly but then the unit just failed. We had purchased a warranty and it does make fast, good coffee so we replaced it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works very well. Nice to be able to push a button and have coffee by the time I brush my teeth. My french press makes better coffee but the process is much longer.

First time want to make 12oz coffee , need push 3 times 12 oz then get a coffee, the coffee machine only bought last year November but just started to use Mar 1, now 10 oz and 12 oz all massed up . Called a few times to keurig
