This Keurig is perfect for me. It isn't bulky. It's reservoir holds enough for five cups. It's fast and I like it.

Much better than my old one

My previous one brewed one cup at a time. This one has a reservoir that holds 1.9L of water. I like the reservoir placed on the side so I know how much water is left. The water heats and starts flowing immediately. Multistream technology gets the water in the pod all around the grounds. Four cup sizes to choose from. Controls are straightforward. I love it.

The price, packaging and delivery were all excellent and appreciate Best Buy Canada for meeting our needs.

Not very reliable.

This is our fourth Keurig in less than five years. They begin to malfunction much too early. We enjoy the convenience and the coffee but are really disappointed in how quickly they stop working properly. It just adds to the piles of garbage we produce consuming the items that fail prematurely.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
