Can’t Take All Pods

I was sad to discover that this machine can’t accept compostable pods with a mesh soft-sided bottom. The new Nabob and Maxwell House coffee and the entire President’s Choice lineup use this style of pod. Unfortunately the beverage (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) flows right through, leaving almost no taste at all in the cup. It is just brownish water. Not sure if I will return the coffee maker or the pods. Probably I will return the machine as I don’t want a machine that can only use the hard plastic non-recyclable pods.

Wouldn't recommend if you like reusable cups

They made it so you cannot use any reusable cups, even their own "universal" cup doesn't fit in this unit

Compostable pods

Was hoping to upgrade my current Keurig to the multistream supreme model until reviews indicated it cannot take the mesh bottom pods. With emphasis on recycling and reducing waste I am disappointed that Keurig would not be socially responsible with their products. Not a very 'green thinking company.

Worst purchase I have ever made

If I could have posted a review with zero stars I would have. I purchased this on Dec 16 and 2 days ago replaced it with a Cuisinart product.
I have never had a Keurig perform so poorly. The splashing as it brews is bad enough, but it will not properly brew the kcup style that is 100% recyclable, and it has made a ground coffee mess of several kcups along the way. So much for enjoying a morning cup of coffee.
I won't even give it away.

Not for use with Keurig reusable K-Cup!!!!

I bought this unit on Boxing Day to use at least 50% of the time with the Keurig universal K-Cup. The coffee was watery, a lot of water poured with coffee.
I called Keurig and they sent me another KCup... same results.
I called back and they sent me another K-Supreme... same results.
I called back and they sent me another K-Supreme... same results.
I even tried 3 different coffee types, and different fills.
Therefore, this K-Supreme CAN NOT be used with the Keurig universal My K-Cup.

Otherwise the coffee is good with the "single used pods".

Disappointed...

Disappointed in the brew strength resulting from multi hole piercing assembly. I would guess, that the multiple holes reduce pressure thru the grinds resulting in a watery, weak cup of coffee even at the highest brew strength level. . My older (single hole) Keurig makes a strong, flavourful cup from my jumping bean dark roast pods... the new machine makes a practically flavourless cup using the same brand of pod. The heat, strength and multi user presets would be great functions if this new design worked. Taking it back... ASAP.

Nice handle on carafe for filling up carafe, brews quickly, very hot water comes out, enjoying my morning coffee with this machine, I would recommend buying
