Junk Don't get it

Mine died 2 weeks after I got it.
Did everything to make it work and nothing.

Even better than the last one

I've become accepting of the idea that Keurig machines break down every 3-6 years and need to be replaced.
My older model was really important because my wife & I would have anywhere from 4 to 6 coffees a day. When my old one broke down (the hatch wouldn't close anymore), I needed to fund a solution quick.
I went into Best Buy, and this was the only Keurig machine they had except the much smaller one. So I bought it. I didn't realize it but the water reservoir is bigger. It also has a handle which makes filling it much easier. I can now do 12oz coffees which comes in handy every now and then. I thought that losing the LED display would be a bit of a set back. But you don't need one if you just press the size of coffee you want and it lights up.
So I'm really pleased with it. Here's to another 3-6 years!

Best Keurig we’ve owned

We have owned 2 Keurig Selects, two Elites and now this Supreme. Best design yet! The reservoir is such an improvement over the other 2 models. Larger capacity, completely rectangular (no short side at the front like the others that always created spills), and with a handle. So easy to fill and re-set. Also, it can be positioned at either the side or at the rear. The design is slimmer than the Elite even with the reservoir at the side. The power turns off automatically, but also turns on automatically when the handle is engaged. I thought I might miss the ability to set the “on” time to preheat the water in the morning, but the water heats so quickly in this model we don’t miss it. Four cup sizes and a strong setting cover all the bases.

It works, but could be improved

This machine is a bit over-complicated. They want you to use a water-filter pod that needs frequent replacement. My guess is that if I use water that has already been through a jug filter, this further filtration is over-kill! The water tank is a rather unstable and can easily be tipped over if you are careless. I also purchased the recommended re-fillable pod. This is supposed to fit most Keurig models but didn't include instructions for this one, so I had to guess to remove the red plugs and model 2.0 adapter. I tried to get my voucher for half-price pods by registering the machine, but that process seem to get lost on their confusing web-site.
Having said all that, the machine does work well. Mug delivery volumes seem to be accurate and start up is quick. BestBuy's delivery was fast - 2 days!
I would recommend this to a friend!
