So far, so good. Evenly toasts on both sides and I love the bagel setting. Still testing out how brown each number setting makes the toast. Looks fantastic.

A nice looking toaster. Took some getting used to the preheat/frozen buttons and figuring out what combination actually toasted my bagels how I wanted them, but now that I've figured it out, I get a perfect toast every time. Directions could be a little clearer or more detailed, but the toaster itself is a perfect addition to my kitchen.

So far we are loving this toaster. It has toasted everything so evenly and perfect. It cooks fast (about 2 min)and has a very quiet pop up. Glad I bought it.
