Defrost works very well on frozen toast.
Toasts well and quickly.
we previously owned 2 Breville toaster- they both broke down within 1 year.
So far so good with the Zwilling!

Good, attractive toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like its modern, sleek appearance, big crumb tray, toasts well. I don't like that the outside gets hot when toasting on "high"; the numbers on the dial are too small. and faint to see them easily. I especially do NOT like that you chose to manufacture it in China. Please find another source because you are feeding a vicious tiger that's bent on. swallowing the world.

Fast-Working and High Quality

Online research led us to Zwilling, who we already held in high regard because of their cutlery. This toaster has done nothing but cement our opinion of Zwilling products! It is sturdy and well-built, and toasts bread very quickly - taking less than half the time of our old toaster. We are quite happy with the purchase!
