Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second toaster ever, Nothing wrong with the old one but needed a second one. This is so nicely designed and I love the fact that the crumbs tray is facing the user ( my old model is opposite), makes for easier access and cleaning. It is consistent in toasting bagels and breads. I made this right choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just what I wanted in a toaster. Even browning. Simple controls. Soft release crumb tray. Easy clean. If you want a decent appliance, be willing to spend a few more dollars. Finally, a product that lives up to the description, and expectation.
