Keeps Knives Sharp

No matter how much you spend on knives, you have to work a little to keep them sharp. This is a great steel for doing just that. It's a pretty simple process; with a little practice, anyone can master it.

Use it whenever you start your meal preparation. A few careful strokes will keep your knives it top shape for whatever cutting lies ahead. This 9-inch steel is a good bet for all knives. Very good value.
