Zwilling does a great job of competing in the value cutlery market. The Henckels International knife lines are always a cut above the competition.This prep knife has a sharp edge, ergonomic handle for ease of handling, is light weight and well balanced. Good knife for the value.

This 5.5" Prep Knife is my "go to" for most chopping and cutting vegetable dishes. I like the size and the comfort of using this. Good quality steel and sharpens easily as well.

This 5.5 inch prep knife is a very lightweight, balanced knife due to the stamped construction and full tang. This knife works well for prep in the kitchen- it is very versatile. It has a very comfortable grip and very sharp blade.

The prep knife or "mini chef" can handle smaller fruits and vegetables, and is great for meats and cheese.
The Henckels International line was developed using German engineering and technology adapted to a more value priced line. The Dynamic knife line is a great value and good quality. It has the durable three rivets handle similar to the knives made in Germany. Its fine edge blade is made from high quality steel that will hold its edge nicely, is light and flexible.

Love the shape of this blade profile! It supports the rocking and chopping motions and is comfortable in your hand. The three-rivet handle is ergonomic so you can work away at your tasks withou fatigue to the wrist. Shapr, lightweight and durable, this wil become one of your favorite knives, as it has mine.

When shopping for value priced knives you might be on a budget but you don't want to sacrifice sharpness and durability. Dynamic series will not disappoint and are perfect for a starter kitchen . Stamped from a single sheet of high quality stainless steel they are light weight and corrosion resistant. I like the way the handle is high on the bolster because it provides a comfortable area for my pinch grip. This sharp prep knife is nice to use on smaller cutting jobs. It has a slightly curved tip like a larger chef's knife so it is easy to do the rocking motion while cutting but is the perfect length when you don't need the longer reach of the chef's knife.
