Perfect for quick jobs in the kitchen. Its made from one piece of high quality stainless steel so won't rust or tarnish. Its also durable and really sharp. My daughter uses this as her go to knife as it fits perfectly in a kids hand. It is also dishwasher safe.

Nice Prep knife

A good Prep knife, great for slicing and chopping fruits, veggies, and meats. A great starter knife for newbies, such as young aspiring chefs, the prep knife is not as daunting in size as a Chef, but you can still use it on a cutting board easily like a Chef. Solid riveted handles on the knife, contours nicely to the German stainless steel blade. Nice price point too.

This versatile, Dynamic knife makes prep work more comfortable and fun with an ergonomic handle and super sharp blade. It's lightweight, well balanced and can be used in so many ways. It is sure to become one your favorite knives to use.

Great for prepping anything

This mid size small chef's knife is ideal for folks just developing their knife skills. The smaller knife allows for more maneuverability that many people just starting out really feel comfortable with. The sturdy construction feels strong and stable in the hand. This is not a heavy knife. The straight edge of the blade can be resharpened. Convenient to use and maintain. Dishwasher safe, but I recommend hand-washing to keep the looking like new.

This blade is perfect for the medium sized fruits and vegetables. Cucumbers, zucchini, and squash. Nice sharp blade that is durable and well balanced. I like the curved bolster for full use of the blade. Great for honing and sharpening.

Great for any medium size slicing, chopping or dicing. Not as large as the 8" chef, but the wider blade still allows you to use a cutting board with plenty of room for your knuckles.

The perfect knife for medium size food, can be as effective as a smaller chef knife however it is probably not as daunting to exploring cook. Excellent prep knife for every cutting needs such as meat, poultry, vegetables, fruits, and herbs. This knife is sharp it can manage to cut bread too & loaf! A well-made value product fabricated from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, a full tang, precision-stamped blade and stays sharp longer. This prep knife is perfect in-between knife. The size permits use as a paring/utility knife for something small, while the wider heel of blade allows for chopping something larger on the cutting board. Lightweight with a traditional three-riveted handle.
