I was never a fan of Y peeler until I got this one. It’s incredible sharp and made out of the high carbon stainless steel that zwilling knives are made from. Easy to clean and doesn’t scratch easily.

Making zucchini bread just got easier! Peeling away the skin is so quick and easy, nothing catches in the blade. The blade is very sharp. Perfect for all my fall squashes too.
Love that it can go in the dishwasher and never rusts or dulls.

Another beautiful, simple design for a tool you will use often. This peeler is great for carrots, potatoes and any other veggies where you need to take the skin off. I have a collection of Zwilling tools now and love how stunning they look placed together in a container on the stove.

The key to peeling just the right amount of skin and not removing too much into the fleshy part of your fruit or potato is for your peeler to be sharp. This sharp peeler glides accross the item effortlessly removing just what you want. High grade stainless steel will look great even after trips in and out of the dishwasher.

This very sturdy peeler is made from premium stainless steel to ensure that it will last. Very secure in my hand as I peel, no slipping or instability. Holds it's edge extremely well.
