great all around knife

I use this knife whenever i have a quick job to do. Its great for slicing, vegetable and herb prep and so much more. The German steel and construction make a strong blade that is very sharp and easy to maintain. The traditional three rivet handle is very comfortable to hold and is well balanced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two knives, one to cut meat and one for everything else. After my roommate ruined my everything else knife that I've had for many years, it was time for a new one. I've only used the utility knife for a short time but I like how sharp it is. Its easier to use then my previous one. Maybe its time for a new meat cutting knife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The six in blade on this knife and the corresponding height of the blade make this a very useful blade for jobs too small for the full sized Chef's knife and the smaller narrower utility blade. I foresee a great deal of use for this blade
