Great Silverware

understated design and nice weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an older set of Henckels Twin flatware with this Alcea style and I like this one much better, mostly because of the knife design. My older set's knife was too slim at the end and was hard to manage anything spreadable. The weight of the Alcea is just right for me, not too heavy at all but not too light either. The design is simple yet pretty and is appropriate for everyday or a holiday setting. Very happy with this design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s just like the picture. The weight of the flat wear is good- not too flimsy. We haven’t used it yet. I am somewhat disappointed the directions for the care of this product. There is a product care sheet that came with the set that says not to let acidic foods remain on the flat wear. This should have been listed on the product website. I hope this won’t be a big issue.
