Sent me wrong igniter kit. When contacted I was told they would refund my money and all I had to do was pay for the new proper kit. Which coincidentally was twice the price of the refunded kit so it looks like they didn’t really refund me.

After more than 10 years of uninterrupted service the “igniters’ on my grill stopped working. I went on the website was able to easily diagnose the problem and order the kid to fix it. Installation was pretty simple and within a couple of days as good as new.
The igniter kit was reasonably priced, the instructions were clear and the process was straightforward. I’m very happy I elected to make this repair to my well-loved older Weber Genesis.
This is the first time in 12 years this igniter has had to be replaced. The original device was reliable for a very long time, and I believe the replacement is made to the same quality standards as the original part, so I don't anticipate any problems with it. It has worked great since I installed it!
