A good replacement product. Works fine. The plastic wire grippers seemed more fragile than the originals, which I kept in place as they fit snugly and will still intact.

A million thanks for the speedy shipping. The part was super easy to install (although u have to take 1/4 of the grill apart). Works like a charm. Nothing like a genuine Weber part.

I used this kit to replace the igniter on an eight year old Weber grill which is still in wonderful shape. The replacement igniter kit was easy to install and functioned exactly as it was supposed to and was an inexpensive way to continue using a piece of equipment for many years to come.

I ORDERED AND INSTALLED THIS IGNITER KIT WITH ZERO PROBLEMS. MY PROBLEM OF A HARD-TO-START GRILL WERE IMMEDIATELY SOLVED. I KNOW NEED TO ADJUSTED THE HEIGHT AND QUALITY OF MY FLAME(S). THIS IS PROVING TO BE MORE CHALLENGING AS GETTING AN AGENT/ENGINEER TO ASSIST ME IS DIFFICULT GIVEN THE COVID-19 ISSUE. IN THIS CASE, MY YOU TUBE SEARCH HAS NOT TURNED UP WITH A HELPFUL ANSWER. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY MORE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE. WEBER PRODUCTS, WHILE PERHAPS A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE, AS STILL THE BEST OVERALL VALUE ON THE MARKET.
