The push button/battery component was apparently what I needed. When I tried to replace/install the actual igniter mechanisms there was no good way to anchor them in place. I ended up using twist ties which I hope will last, but I have my doubts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The igniter kit was a perfect replacement for the original part on my Weber Genesis 310. Installation was very straight forward and easy. Instructions very clear. Installation took less than i hour. I am glad I purchased directly from Weber instead of a third party vendor.
