It must not be for my particular Weber grill Series II (E-410). Need to talk to someone who can tell me what is the correct igniter for my grill
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Steve, It sounds that you have a Genesis II E-410. That unit is backed by a 10-year warranty therefore most parts are only available through our call center! We have passed your information along and you will be contacted via email shortly. Thanks!
I am somewhat handy and did the install myself. It took about an hour. The instructions were clear and I was very confident in a quality install. Upon completion, I could here the clicks occurring but it never flamed up. I have not investigated other possible fixes, but was frustrated with this expensive equipment not working.

Super easy to install following the directions. Reminds me how badly I missed the ignited when it had stopped working. Affordable, shipped fast and great functionality
It works great. The installation is straightforward and not overly difficult, but it does require a fair amount of disassembling the grill. It takes a mechanically inclined person. If you don't enjoy working on stuff, then I recommend considering other alternatives versus taking on this repair.
Purchased this unit to replace the original. It works intermittently. Had much better success with the original until it wore out.

Hello, thank you for taking your time to submit your review! We are very sorry to hear about this issue. Your igniter should not be working intermittently. You may want to try repositioning the igniter electrode(s) attached to the burner(s). It/they could have been knocked out of position. The electrodes are held onto the burners by small metal brackets. You can pull them out of the brackets and then snap them back into place. If your burners are clogged, that may cause ignittion issue, so be sure to clean your burners. Most of all having a fresh new battery in can really improve the functionality! If you are still having issues, be sure to let our support team know! We will be happy to help!
