Did not realize how old and "cruddy" not to mention dangerous my old igniter was. Easy to install and my 10 year old grill works like new.

Product was received and when I contacted Weber using the email for returns twice, I did not get a response regarding the return or a label to send the product back. What I did receive was a link to register my grill which was already done. Still have product waiting to return it.

This was a replacement for a Weber grill that was less than five years old. I was disappointed that the igniter didn't last longer. I had a previous Weber grill that had an igniter that lasted over ten years.
