This was the wrong kit for my model grill. No kit seems to be available for what I purchased three years ago. Luckily I was able to repair the failure which turned out to be a melted/shorted wire. It was disturbing though to discover that if the igniter itself were to fail I would have to modify the case of my grill with a power drill in order to use the available repair kit.
Web interface for buying parts was absolutely useless. Your parametric search system was unable to identify my Genesis II grill. You should simply throw the whole thing out and start over.

Hello, we are sorry to hear about your disappointment with your new igniter kit. This igniter kit will fit our Genesis® 310 and 320 gas grills (front-mounted control panel). For our Genesis II models, most parts are only available through our center since they do carry a 10-year warranty. Igniter stopped working. Ordered a new one and fortunately, had to only replace the button, not the entire igniter, wires, etc. So glad we tried just the new button before taking everything apart. Works great again!

Got the igniter in a couple of days even during this pandemic. Was fairly easy to put in. Just need to follow the step by step directions and the directions are easy to follow.

I purchased the grill assembled, always had a hard time lighting. I purchased new igniter kit, found out who ever assembled it didn't install the wiring correctly. Now it works perfect.
