My first igniter sw failed just shy of 3 years. Design problem. This switch worked great the first time. Easy to remove old sw, Easy to install new sw. Didn't need to install the individual burner igniters.

Wanted original equipment to repair my igniter. Parts arrived timely. Two of three of the iqniters were damaged (ceramic portion broken) and have not been replace as of this review.

I pulled the grill over to the middle of the patio under the patio cover so I would be in the shade. I followed the directions about disassembling the grill and the different componants. It took about an hour and a half to complete the job and the igniter worked the first time. I was happy with my work.

After 6 years my ignitor went totally dead. Instead of trying to dissect exactly where the problem might be, I went on Weber's website and bought an entire new kit for a very reasonable price. It was very easy to replace the entire set and it performs flawlessly now. I would HIGHLY recommend if you're having issues with your electronic ignitor.

I repaired a clients Weber gas grill with thier awesome parts. My own grill? For 18 years, weber has been supplying parts to keep my old Genesis running strong. Although she's now a dedicated camping grill, 20 years, still awesome! I expect my new backyard grill to last as long. Being a Weber fanatic, I now own 4 different Weber grills.
