My Weber is 20 to 25 years old. My burners had rusted a bit with Mount Vesuvias in the back left corner. I thought about buying a new grill because I was a bit intimidated about installing new burners. But a friend replaced his burners on his Weber and told me it was pretty easy, and he was right. Very easy to install with clear instructions and the grill works like new now.

Resurrected my grill again! It’s like new again! Back to back yard tasties! The hardest part was getting the old burners out. Used a cutting wheel to cut the old tubes in half.

The burner tube kit I bought was just right for my Weber BBQ. What was challenging was getting the old tubes out of the BBQ because of old and corroded screws that fastened the old tubes. Once the new tubes were in, and the BBQ reassembled, it fired up and I enjoyed quick and even heating once again in my grill.
