Installation was very simple, burners were identical to what was in the grill so they fit right in. I am glad WEBER offered these burners for my grill. What i found in local stores were generic burners (not made by WEBER) that really did not look like they would work. My WEBER grill is 26 years old and had the original burners, only one of the 3 had a small hole and would not light because of it.

Replacement of burner element looks and sounds like a really tough project. Reality is this; great engineering and easy to follow instructions made for smooth repairs. I added a new igniter and it worked just great the first time. With such wonderful part support available grill sales could be jeopardized. Great job Weber counting portables, and the kettle this is my 3rd Weber.
