Bad screens

My honest opinion is do not buy it unless you plan to use it as a desktop. The screens are week and apparently cannot stand up to normal everyday use as a . It runs smooth for the most part. Maybe a couple glitches in the HDMI here and there when running a samsung TV for a second monitor. Otherwise performance is fine. The screen however, not so much. As many others experienced, I randomly noticed a crack down my screen that eventually spread. The rest of the computer was pristine. I expected some pushback being physical damage, with no real way to show what caused it. Most likely the paper thin screen coupled, extremely thin and flimsy bezel, and the fact that the glass screen comes in direct contact with the metal (and any speck of dust, sand or debris) every time it closes. I had to battle samsung back and forth and start a BBB complaint before Samsung decided to fix it. Sadly this will be the last Samsung purchase I make. Dont make the same mistake with this computer until the screen issues are addressed.

This is my second Samsung laptop. It’s lightweight, durable and easier to work with. The 360 feature gives me the flexibility to turn it into a tablet and that makes the product usage feel worth having. The stylus pen also is a big bonus when using it as a tablet.
