Hi there, Maria! We definitely want your new iPhone Air to keep up with your day. It is common to see more battery usage in the first few days as your phone finishes background setup.
We recommend checking your Battery Usage by App in Settings to see which apps are using the most power. You can also find great tips on optimizing your battery performance at apple.com/batteries/maximizing-performance. If you still have concerns, Apple support can help you taking a closer look. Thanks for choosing AT&T!
Great thin form factor (I dislike how the regular iPhone has become heavier and thicker over the years). Battery life is great (which was a pleasant suprise). The only weakness is the camera, which has very limited zoom, but for me the form factor is more important.
I don’t know why people dislike this phone. Ive had almost every iPhone since they came out and I love this phone. The lightweight and thinness is amazing and perfect for me. The camera isn’t bad at all and the speakers are better than my 16 pro and that’s with only one speaker. It runs smooth and fast. Battery last throughout my day. No complaints. The black is beautiful.
The phone is slim and sleek, it meets all of needs and expectations of an iPhone….EXCEPT it is so unbelievably slippery! They say you don’t need a case for it because it is so durable but did they take into consideration that it would be dropped every time you pick it up?! I got a case so I could hold the dang thing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi there! We are so glad you love your new iPhone Air. It is always exciting when a new device meets your expectations! We are sorry to hear the device feels a bit slippery to hold. You made the perfect move by getting a protective case to keep it safe and secure. Should you ever need help with your AT&T service in the future, just send us a DM on X, Instagram, or Facebook. Thank you for your honest feedback and for being part of our community!
The battery life rumor is why most people will not give this iPhone a chance and I get it but the battery life is amazing! Light weight, slim, and the perfect sized display! Pro chip, great camera, without the bulk of a Pro Max!
