Cons: iOS looks like too heavy for the hardware and the battery doesn’t last all day (usually drains 100% by 5pm). The camera is ok, but very cheap in comparison with the Pro line
The iPhone Air is good for kids or for who uses for business purpose (no social media use, that drains a lot of battery)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that your phone’s battery life and camera quality haven’t met your expectations. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we truly appreciate the chance to help. The iPhone Air was designed to be ultra‑thin and lightweight, which does mean a smaller battery capacity—rated for about 12 hours of continuous web browsing. Using demanding apps like social media, streaming, or gaming for long periods can shorten that time, so you may need to recharge during the day.
Here are a few quick ways to extend battery life: -Check for and install any available software updates -Review Battery Usage in Settings to see which apps use the most power -Lower screen brightness -Turn off background app refresh for nonessential apps For the camera, the iPhone Air’s 48MP Fusion system is powerful but works best with a few simple steps: keep the lens clean, enable ProRAW & Resolution Control in settings, use good lighting, and avoid digital zoom. Night Mode and Portrait Mode add professional depth, while editing tools can enhance your photos even further. You can also explore the iPhone User Guide: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/welcome/ios which offers clear explanations of features, tips for customizing settings, and practical advice for improving performance.
At AT&T, we’re committed to helping you get the most from your technology—whether it’s unlocking device features, managing upgrades, or finding the plan that best fits your needs. If you’d like personalized guidance for your iPhone Air, our team is always here to assist.
IMO this is the best iPhone since the iPhone X. I find the battery life decent and the form factor to be worth the battery life tradeoff. The camera takes quality photos and as I’m not a professional photographer the quality is good enough for me. Build quality is excellent.
Battery doesn’t last long. Bump out in back is an issue with car wireless charging.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, Anthony. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear your phone’s battery life isn’t lasting as expected and that the camera bump is causing issues with your car’s wireless charging. We understand how frustrating it is when battery doesn't last as long as expected, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Because the iPhone Air prioritizes a slim profile, its battery capacity is smaller and is rated for about 12 hours of continuous web browsing. If you use demanding apps like social media, streaming video, or games for long stretches, the battery will drain much faster and you may need to recharge partway through the day.
A few basic steps that can sometimes help with battery life: -Check for and install any available software updates. -Review Battery Usage in Settings to see which apps are using the most power. -Reduce screen brightness. -Disable background app refresh for nonessential apps.
We recommend you check this iPhone User Guide: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/welcome/ios where you can learn more about your phone, its features, and how to maximize it.
On the other hand, try using a MagSafe-compatible car mount or wireless charger with magnetic alignment; these hold the phone in the optimal position and work around raised camera modules.
If you require further assistance, please contact our team support; we're always happy to help! We apologize again for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you for being part of AT&T.
