PURCHASED THIS MODEL MAY 2018. AS OF DEC 2019 WILL NOT TURN ON. PAID WASAY TO MUCH FOR THIS TO STOP WORKING SO QUICKLY. ONE YEAR WARRANTY (SHOULD HAVE BEEN A CLUE).

Work great for one year and 10 months and quit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the last 10 years we have bought three 18000 BTU LG window air conditioners. The first one lasted about four years and the pan and case rusted out. We replaced it what's the same model LG air conditioner and it lasted approximately three years and was damaged by Hurricane Matthew causing a mount to break and it ran for about a year very noisily. We then got the 18000 BTU dual inverter model because we figured it would last and run better than the last two unfortunately it only ran for one year and 10 months and then quit ( in the middle of the covid 19 pandemic if you buy the Dual inverter air conditioner make sure you get an extended warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG air conditioner May 2018. Absolutely HORRIBLE. This year it stopped cooling my room. Don’t waste your money on this brand. It will cool at about 80 degrees but when it hits the 90’s with humidity, it doesn’t work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No where on the packaging Does it say it requires a dedicate Foreign 230 voltage outlet. I spent two hours setting up the window just to go and plug it in and find this ridiculous power cord. So mad about this..

Love how quiet this unit runs and keeps our downstairs so cool needed to turn it up to 74 and 75 not to freeze!! We still how 90 degree days this time of the year and was so glad we went ahead and purchased this now! So far I am really impressed with our new unit!
