[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this three months ago worked fine but then would not go into f3 fan speed mode. Also display would change from one mode to another when using the remote. Call for service took one week to schedule in the middle of summer but repair man came and replaced one single circuit board (that's all there is in there) which.controls everything. I love the unit but didn't expect a break down this early. One year warranty we'll see if another service call is necessary. Btw: phone service call was customer focused. That's a good thing.
