Highly recommend this unit, looking forward to this winter to try out the heat inverter. My sister just brought one and was equally excited. Love the set and forget.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be a good product. The only problem I had when doing the installation was the carriage bolts for the window sill brackets. The square part of all the carriage bolts were to long and the hex nuts would not tighten up enough to secure the bracket parts together. Had to make a trip to the hardware store to buy some flat washers to put over the square part of the bolts to get them to work.
The nuts for the brackets the instructions referred to as lock nuts were just plain 1/4-20 hex nuts. Had to put jam nuts on the carriage bolts to make sure they would not come loose.
