It quit working 2 weeks later, and though it took some time to get a repair man here, he did a good job and got it working again right away. I rated the air conditioner 5 stars, as we love it. This unit is very quiet, and energy efficient. Our problem was easily fixed, once they had someone available to work on it. Part of the electronic controls stopped working; the repairman just replaced the controls and we were in business again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I begin. The atmosphere in my room has relaxed. Like the air is cleaner for some reason. But cooling wise this a/c gets the job done. And it’s quieter than the other one I had. It has dry feature that dehumidifies the room. It’s always like a fall cool day lol. Maybe I’m hyping it up but the truth is since I put this a/c I feel like it increased my comfort level and I enjoy my room that much more. I hope this helps someone decide to buy this awesome ac.
