Have had smaller cheaper window ac with not great results. We saved for a while to buy this ac. We are so happy with it. If we are not careful, it makes our living room too cold. Lol. It's so quiet and powerful, it is a dream. I didn't think I would need all the features it has, but use all of them. So happy with this purchase. It has been 2 months of running like a champ.

This unit cools my entire house just put a high speed fan Infront of it and it’s all good. Remember this is a 240v unit but it’s worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an older air conditioner that worked but was quite loud, this new one was labeled quiet and the difference is amazing. It cools well and we no longer have to turn up the TV or speak loudly to each other when the air is on. I love it especially for the dehumidifying setting. Sometimes at night it gets cold outside but he humidity is still high, this feature allows the compressor to still come on and dry out the air. We liked it so much we bought another to cool the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] is less noisy ,can very amount of coolness to control temp , others run full blast ,electric bill cut in half after install , had a 25000 btu and this 18000 btu is much better , i like the remote and beeps it makes that can be heard easily , i dont think it uses start and run capacitors that can kill your air conditioner after 5 years.
