FitRX weighted heating pad with massage

Had this product for 5 days. At day 3 the massage stopped working. At day 4, it would turn on but wouldn’t heat or massage. I loved the idea of this heating pad. I have fibromyalgia and use a heating pad multiple times daily. Really disappointed that it stopped working.
