I bought this heating pad after my Sunbeam heating pad died on me. The heating pad works OK. The instructions don’t tell you which side of the heating pad is the heat side. I find it annoying that it starts out at a high temperature, I also don’t like that you can not turn off the two hour max limit on it like I was able to do with my Sunbeam heating pad.
