Love the large size and how soft it is. I use my heating pad daily so the auto shut off is very helpful

It’s very disappointing that something that works so well for me broke after a month of usage. It just stopped working no damage has been done to it. The power button comes on but the heating buttons or the massage buttons just do not work anymore.!

It don't work. It doesn't even light up. Or anything I' don't have a receipt I was gifted to me brand new
