Broke in less than 5 minutes

Everything was going great for about 5 minutes. Settings were both on 6 and 6. The heat was just starting to settle in and I was enjoying the vibrations as it suddenly stopped working. I splurged on the warranty but I’m not sure I get behind a product that doesn’t work for more than 5 minutes.
