[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my daughter at her request for her monthly aches and pains. She uses it frequently and it meets her needs. She also uses it to warm her bed up at night on occasion. Using it is fairly self explanatory and she has had no issues.

Soft fabric to skin

This heating pad has even heat across the pad and does not have any hotspots. The controls are easy to understand and you can tell the difference with levels of heat. The cord is Plenty long enough.

Great for cramps

This works so well for period cramps, as well as lower back pain. It gets very hot which I love, but you can adjust it if you prefer a lower setting.
