This product emits a chemical odor. Is this normal?Contacted the company, odor will dissipate over time. really appreciated the very timely response. Product works great.

I've been using the red band (one size lighter than this blue band) but decided it was time to increase the resistance. The blue band is a good step up and much more challenging than the red band. It's quite a bit wider so hand grip can be challenging on some exercises because this band really pulls back on your hands. Just something to think about if you don't have big hands. I'd say mine are average for an adult male. The quality of these bands is very high, very thick strong rubber. I never had any problem with the red band so don't expect any with this one. They're on the expensive side but worth it to me.

These bands are perfect for added resistance or individually for rotator cuff muscle work.

I've had my bands for about 5-6 years now and I use them everyday (I'm a physiotherapist).
I have not seen a single sign of tearing or breaking from any of my bands.
I wish though that the smaller resistance band, especially the purple one, would be a little more wide because it causes more rubbing than other considering its small width.

Love it, it works. Perfect for my needs. These are built well. I use them to assist me in stretching, as well as adding resistance on machines.

This is my second Go-Fit band purchase,Mandy I'm very pleased with it. High quality, good instruction materials, and very good workout tool. Also, the guide assigning the equivalent weights for each thickness of the band seems to be right on target.

I have purchased other "light" resistance bands that I could barely move them. This one is exactly what it says it is, "light" but not wimpy. I get lots of uses out of this band. My professional trainer uses this band, and I was glad I added it to my home gym.
